Our Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds under certain conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Cancellation Refunds
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled service
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows
Service Quality Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of service completion
- You provide clear documentation of the issue (photos, videos, etc.)
- Our quality assurance team verifies the issue
Based on our assessment, we may offer:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Free service correction
- Service credit for future use
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number, service date, and reason for refund
- Include any supporting documentation if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Payment Methods
The approved refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers: 3-5 business days
- Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
Exceptions
The following services are non-refundable:
- Custom design services after work has begun
- Special order materials that have been procured
- Services where the customer has approved the final work
